I love volunteering at Care Resource! More people should help.
From the moment I walked into Care Resource, they treated me like family. Every single staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and they took the time to answer all of my questions. Shoutout to Ashley! I was nervous going in because I don't have health insurance, and they went out of their way to accommodate my needs and allowed me to see a doctor. I left with treatment free of charge, and most importantly they made me feel supported. This is an amazing resource for the community!
Went for a check. Didn't have to wait long and staff was cordial and professional.
I've been a patient here for over six( 6) years and it has been my experience that if you put forth effort in helping yourself with your issues they will do everything in their power to help you as well.
The only problem i had was waiting 30 mins to get tested. Eveything else was fine to me.
I went there for an std treatment. The registration process was a breeze and very easy the only reason im giving it 3 stars is because i get there and i check in at 3pm and was told that there were only 3 people ahead of me. After waiting 2 hours I get frustrayed with the fact that i am still sotting there i saw the 3 people that were ahead of me go in and an extra 4 more. When I ask my turn had gotten pushed to 545 and the first thing i said while checking in was that i worked at 6 and that if it was going to take long to let me know and ill come back another time. Basically they forgot i was in line and once i voiced my concerns they told me that i was going to go in at in the next 15 min waited for another 45min.
I do not go to the doctor over there., For anything else they are always been very nice and friendly to me..
